Mumbai Sea Swimmers in Association with Indian Lifesaving Society is organizing practice swims and coaching, aimed at people preparing for IM70.3 Goa and other upcoming OWS events.

About the event
We gather at the beach near the Novotel entrance of Siver Beach, Juhu.
After finishing all formalities, we head out for a swim from the beach. We have a lifeguards and coaches in boats and SUPs along with us. We will swim between the start point and the boat, doing as many loops as an individual wants within the time period.
Please note there are no changing area/shower rooms, so please wear your swim clothes from home. Wearing an appropriate swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and tow float is mandatory for those who select Training Ticket.
