Swim Day & Training with Coach Sarika

We gather at the coconut water seller next to entrance of Siver Beach 2, opposite Godrej Bungalow.

After finishing all formalities, we head out for a swim from the beach. We have a lifeguard and fishermen in boats along with us. Swimmers with coach will practice near the shore. Deep sea swimmers will swim between the start point and the boat, doing as many loops as an individual wants within the time period.

Tow Floats / Swim Buoys are MANDATORY for swimmers and not mandatory for those coming for coaching. 

No tow float, no swim.

Please note there are no changing area/shower rooms, so please wear your swim clothes from home. Wearing appropriate swimsuit, swim cap, goggles.
